PureHub will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be damaged or spoiled.
Products must be sent back within 7 days from original receipt of goods
Your proof of purchase/order information must also be included in the return.
This is how you can return an item:

  1. Take a picture of the item/items that are damaged or faulty and need to be returned
  2. E-mail us at info@purehubskincare.com to request a return, attach pictures of the product as well.
  3. Send the item back to us in its original packaging and seal intact to Pure Hub address.
  4. We will send you a coupon of the same amount as your returning item.
  5. You will need to pay any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.
