At Pure Hub Skin Care , we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund and exchange policy.
Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that burned candles and other used products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Additionally, any item returned more than 14 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or the original payment method within a certain number of days.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
